I had the same problem each time that I reloaded VPC2004 including quick key
repeats on the keyboard and jumpy cursor. Every time that I rebooted the
host machine (MS maintaince procedure #1) that problem went away.

Thanks for the post Clark. After alittle more research I found my problem
releated to the Power settings. I just switched the profile to "always on."
