I set up Virtual Server 2005 with a Vm having 2K server and started to
set up
another with 2K3 server. I got an error stating I did not have enough
memory
to run 2k3, so I shutdown to add memory. The host is 2k3 server.

After a shutdown to add more RAM, I opened the web manager to find that
my
two VM's had been removed due to "invalid or malformed XML data." The
..vmc
files had been emptied.
Shadow copy has not been enabled.
What are other possibilities for this corruption?
