Copying Virtual Machines

Hi,

I have a question. I am setting up a test lab at work with at least 5
computers and 3 VPC's on each. They all work great. I am having a problem
when I want to copy the virtual pc. For example i need to servers i would
just copy the folder and rename it along with the two files below. Am i doing
it the right way. Should i be doing something else? also i am having to go
into the .vmc file of the folder that i copied and delete the entry in id
<type="bytes"> to not get an error on boot about there being an invalid nic
address. Lastly sometimes when I can't get out to the internet and i check
my network connections there are none there!!!! how can i get one to show
back up. DO i have to create another connection.
