i have WinXP Pro as host and Win 2003 Server Std as guest on my notebook
installed.
I configured my first adapter as NAT, but cannot surf the web. Waht can be
the possible cause i cannot surf the web?

The Guest should be set to use DHCP to get the correct IP
address, etc.

Also, when troubleshooting connectivity problems, you
should start by looking at the IP configuration of your
Guest, and if you still can't figure out the problem, at
least post that information as well.

If you are using Shared Networking (NAT) and a Windows 2003 guest - you
will need to use DHCP - but hard code the DNS server to 192.168.131.254
