Activating XP Pro under Virtual PC

I installed Virtual PC and then install XP Pro on VPC. Since XP want
to be activated and since we have a MSDN subcription, I used the same
key in the VPC installation as I did when I installed it on the
machine. So when the VPC tried to active itself, I never does, the
activation screen just stays there... forever. Now I guess the easy
answer is just dont activate it but I really wish I could. Logging
into MSDN doesn't create a new key I can use, just the same one. Any
ideaS?

I will try again but I can get out the Internet with the browser and
hit other sites. I can also view my network neighborhood with out
problem. I guess I was thinking that the key I am trying to register
is the same key that I registred the host PC with.
